Adding pages to the Print List

There are several ways in which you can add web pages to the Print List. You can also add links on the current web page to the Print List.

Using Print List options

  1. In the Print List, select Add to Print List.
    The current web page is added to the list.

Using the Action menu

  1. In the Print List, select Action .
    A     drop-down menu is displayed.

  2. Select Add All Links or Add Selected Links.
    Either all the links, or links you have selected, on the current web page are added to the Print List.

Dragging and dropping

To add the current URL to the print list

  1. Drag the icon at the start of the Address box into the Print List. Note that the icon may not always be the Internet Explorer icon.

To add the URL for a link or group of links

  1. On your web page, select the link (or group of links).

  2. Drag into the Print List.
    The selected URLs are added to the list.
