Changing your Print Options

Orientation

Select Portrait or Landscape.

Landscape is ideal for three-column printing.

Printing Type

Select one, two or three columns. Your web page will be scaled accordingly.

This is ideal for long documents.

Printing

Select one or the other, or both, of the following options:

Print background colors and images - when you select this option, it is also enabled in Internet Explorer's Internet Options.
Grayscale printing - colors are grayed-out. This often allows faster printing, especially if you do not print background images. Only available with Internet Explorer 6 or later.

Copies

Enter the number of Copies you want to print, or use to increase or decrease the number of copies.

As required, select one or the other, or both, of the following options:

Reverse print order - if this option is already selected in Internet Explorer's printer settings, make sure you don't select it here, otherwise the print order will not be reversed.
Collate - collate your pages (for two or more copies to print). You can also collate in a reverse print order.

Print List

Consolidate print list printing - check this box to print all web pages in a single print job in the order they appear in the Print List. If you have a long Print List, it may take a little time before printing starts as the system has to fetch and process all the pages in the list first.

Print list printed page limit - if you are printing a long Print List, check this box to limit the number of pages that can be printed before Canon Easy-WebPrint asks you to confirm that you want to continue printing. Either enter a value in the box, or use to increase or decrease the number of pages.

Defaults

Select this button to restore the Canon Easy-WebPrint default settings.

More Options

Opens the More Options dialog. The More Options property sheet provides access to some additional Canon Easy-WebPrint settings. The property sheet is split into two tabbed property pages. One tab controls duplex print settings and the other controls toolbar customization settings.

Duplex printing
Preview		Shows how your pages will print depending on the option you choose.

Duplex Printing		Check this to enable duplex printing. This option is only available with Internet Explorer 6.0 or later. Refer to your printer's user guide for more information about duplex printing. Automatic - check this for automatic duplex printing (if supported by your printer).

Defaults		Select this button to restore the Canon Easy-WebPrint default settings.

Customize Toolbar
Display these toolbar buttons		Select which of the listed buttons you want to display in the toolbar. Note that the Print button and the Options button are always displayed.

Button labels		Select one of these options: Show all text labels – All buttons display text beside the icon (default). Selective text labels only – Text is only displayed on the Options button, the Duplex button and the View Print List button. All other buttons are displayed only as icons. No text labels – No text is displayed on any of the toolbar buttons. Only icons are displayed.
