Previewing pages before printing

Canon Easy-WebPrint allows you to preview what the results of printing will look like. You can preview either the current web page, or the contents of the Print List.

Preview the current web page

1. Select Preview in the Canon Easy-WebPrint toolbar.
   The Preview window shows how the current page will look if printed with your current print options.

Preview all pages in the Print List

1. Select View Print List in the Canon Easy-WebPrint toolbar.

2. In the Print List, select the Action menu and click Preview All....
   All the web pages in the print list are previewed in succession using the current print options.

Hint

Don't forget to check your Canon Easy-WebPrint Options before previewing and printing your web pages. You can also change the options in Internet Explorer to include header and footer information in your printouts. Refer to Microsoft Internet Explorer online help for more information.
