When installed, the Canon Easy-WebPrint toolbar appears with other toolbars at the top of the Internet Explorer window. If you cannot see the Canon Easy-WebPrint toolbar, refer to Frequently Asked Questions on our website.
Easy-WebPrint
- displays Canon Easy-WebPrint menu options.
Print - prints
the current web page.
High Speed Print
- prints the current web page using the printer in draft mode (with Internet
Explorer 6 and later).
Preview -
opens the Preview window so you can see how your web page will look when
it is printed.
Options
- sets up how your pages will print.
Duplex
- prints double-sided (with Internet Explorer 6 and later).
View Print List -
creates a list of web pages for future printing.
Select Print, or High Speed Print
(with Internet Explorer 6 and later) to print using draft mode.
Your web page will be printed.
If your selected printer does not support Canon Easy-WebPrint, an error message is displayed.
The page currently displayed by Internet Explorer is always the page printed.
In the Internet Explorer menu, select View > Toolbars > Easy-WebPrint.
Alternatively:
Right-click
anywhere in the Internet Explorer toolbar.
A pop-up menu appears.
Click Easy-WebPrint to hide or restore the Canon Easy-WebPrint toolbar.
When there is not enough space on the toolbar to completely
fit all the buttons, some are hidden and a chevron icon appears on the far right side of the toolbar. Click to see the hidden buttons.
