Using the menu

 

 

 

The Canon Easy-WebPrint menu contains the following options:

  • Page Setup... - opens Internet Explorer's Page Setup dialog.

  • Print... - opens Internet Explorer's Print dialog.

  • Print Preview... - displays a print preview of the current web page.

  • Print Selected Content... - prints only the selected part of a web page. The selected content may be laid out differently than how it is displayed on the web page because it may have to be scaled to fit within the page width.

  • Preview Selected Content... - displays a print preview of the current selection.

  • Easy-WebPrint Options... - opens the Options dialog where you can change your print settings.

  • Help - opens the online help which you are reading now.

  • View Readme - opens the Readme file.

  • About Easy-WebPrint... - displays the version number and copyright details.

  • Easy-WebPrint HomePage - opens the Canon Easy-WebPrint website home page.

  • Easy-WebPrint Links - displays links to various Canon web pages.

  • Uninstall Easy-WebPrint... - removes the Canon Easy-WebPrint toolbar from Internet Explorer and removes Canon Easy-WebPrint from your computer. You may need to reboot your PC.

Printing from the menu

  1. On the Canon Easy-WebPrint toolbar, click Easy-WebPrint .
    A drop-down menu appears.

  2. Click Print....
    The Print dialog appears.

  3. Make any adjustments you want, then click the Print button.
    Your web page will be printed.
